Does everyone who has laparoscopic gallbladder removal surgery have clamps left in them? i thought only open gallbladder removal used clamps?

No clamps: I dont think they will leave a surgical clamp in your abdomen. However, they will leave sterile surgical stables, is that what you were referring to?
