Sometimes: This has been reported but is sporadic to some individuals and not others. You best bet is to monitor your own diet and "eat for one" while allowing your milk production to help remove any desired pregnancy weight.

Eglonyl/sulpiride: "Sulpiride has been found in the breast milk of treated women. Therefore, breast-feeding is not recommended during treatment." REF: https://www.medicines.org.uk/emc/product/2430/smpc. Weight gain is possible with any atypical antipsychotic. If this medication is being used to treat anxiety, there may be some other options that would be preferable.
