A member asked:

Good day. my 7months old baby doesn't like solid food. what can i give her? multivitamins? something to make her eat

Let her be: A kids nutritional needs can be met by breast milk/formula until a year.Solids are a way to transition to table food but should not be forced. Vitamins won't make her "want" solids. Make sure she is at the table when others enjoy solids to watch & become envious of their joy/satisfaction.Make sure there is a dish that can be offered to her from the community pot. She will eat when the idea is hers
