Yes, but: Depending on the intensity of pain. If mild/moderate and not prolonged, regular exercise is best treatment of joint pain. If joints get red and hot, or pain is severe, see your doctor. Switching to exercises that are less stress on the joints can also help. Aquatic exercise is ideal for arthritic joints.
