CMV: Does the child who coughed on you have CMV? If they did then transmission is unlikely but possible. If they child does not have CMV then you would not catch CMV.

Unlikely : A cough is usually triggered by some form of upper respiratory virus, not CMV. Your main risk of exposure comes from saliva,urine or other genital secretions of infants/children in daycare where 30-40% are excreting virus. Avoid those sources or contact with younger kids secretions and you should be fine.
