I have a bump under the skin on my cheek a little less then a inch away from my nose it doesn't hurt and it just there but what could this be you can't see it only feel it. it's been there a little over a week?

Could be an infected: hair follicle, or a small lymph node, or a inclusion/sebaceous cyst, or a nodule. Could be harmless or indication of infection. See below: Could be a subcutaneous acne or sebaceous cyst. If it is an acne cyst,warm compresses should shrink it . If it is a sebaceous cyst it will persist.If it grows,becomes painful or drains, should see a doctor
