I have severe acne on my face which looks like lipoma or cysts currently my face is swollen. what can i use it's never goes away?

Minocycline: I have had good success with Minocycline orally twice a day each day. It is an antibiotic that has been around a long time. You don't see it used much anymore except for acne. Usually you see a big difference in 3-4 weeks but you will want to keep it going. Side effects are minimal. I also recommend Clindamycin Swabs to use after washing face twice a day. Both are prescriptions.
