After you stop taking sprintec while on period how long does it take for menstrual period to come back again or how long does it take to regulate?

Usually in 1-2 month: Unless your baseline before starting BCP is irregular or infrequent periods, then usually menses return to normal routine within 1-2 months after stopping BCP. There is less interference if you finish a month package before stopping, but it will resume even if stopped midcycle.
