I saw online that a slit lamp exam can damage your retina. i have had 3 slit lamp exams within a month and two in one week. could my eyes be damaged?

No. Don't worry.: Your eyes could not be damaged because: The light is not that bright. The slit lamp is mostly used for the front of the eye so it is not focused on the retina. The exam is of relatively short duration. So, don't worry, even if you have multiple exams.
