It should be ok: the floaters float so they wont get wors just will float in different direction be safe and be careful

Prob. OK, poss risk: The floaters which may have settled down may seem worse afterwards like you might see after inverting a snow globe. Although the retina has been "OK" on 2 occasions, another concern is that inversion will increase venous pressure. This theoretically could increase the possibility of a vein occlusion especially if you already have hypertension or known cardiovascular disease, diabetes or glaucoma.
