Unlikely: Dehydration is due to a failure to keep up with your free water needs. You either are not drinking enough or acquiring water in foods, or you are loosing excessive mounts in your urine. People can develop a kidney abnormality where it fails to recycle your water by holding it back. This is something testing can sort out.
