Not really: I sincerely doubt that any paint was transferred to your toothbrush.

Paint: Many years ago paints were lead based. Not today. As long as you cleaned any visible specs of paint off of your toothbrush it should be OK. And if it's 3 months old, it's time for a new one anyway.
