My 28 month old toddler is on antibiotics for the last 4 days for flu & fever. has only had approx 500ml of liquids per day for 4 days and is barely eating food. could she be dehydrated? she was very lethargic today and only wants to sleep.

Maybe. Needs a Dr.: Dr. can evaluate. A child gets dehydrated usually from diarrhea, especially if he is drinking incorrect drinks or amounts, or he keeps vomiting up his intake. Tiredness and thirst are early signs. Then the mouth gets sticky (instead of wet), the eyes look a bit sunken, the urine is little and darker, hands and feet get colder, skin color doesn't look so good, skin feels dough-like, etc...
