Maybe. Needs a Dr.: Dr. can evaluate. A child gets dehydrated usually from diarrhea, especially if he is drinking incorrect drinks or amounts, or he keeps vomiting up his intake. Tiredness and thirst are early signs. Then the mouth gets sticky (instead of wet), the eyes look a bit sunken, the urine is little and darker, hands and feet get colder, skin color doesn't look so good, skin feels dough-like, etc...
