Mostly: ...None! by having the procedure you got rid of possible colicky pains, jaundice, acute cholecystitis, pancreatitis and yes even cancer. Even if following the procedure you may have slight dyspeptic symptoms they will regulate themselves with time. I would suggest avoiding heavy and fatty foods especially in the evenings...
