Bleeding: Bleeding can be occurring for a number if reasons including recent intercourse. The fact that it is brown means that it is old and not active bleeding. Should it become red contacting your provider is a smart move.

I have been experiencing strange bleeding for the past 2 and half weeks. The first 2 weeks it was dark brown, small amounts and now in week 3 it is dark red, experiencing pain on lower ovary side and back. Pregnancy signs but test is negative.
