I am 7 weeks pregnant and started spotting on friday evening. i had a transvaginal scan on 20th my gynaecologist picked heartbeat up and said i should come back 8th jan. i started bleeding moderately 24th and passed clots no pain. should i worry??

7-8 weeks pregnant: Bleeding may suggest an impending miscarriage, so make certain to keep your appointment for a followup ultrasound. This may represent bleeding from placental location (previa), which is not incompatible with continued pregnancy.
