Hot to touch or just: Hot to touch or it just feels like it is hot. It it is hot to touch it could be inflammation or infection, if not it could be a neuritis. An evaluation will clarify this

Hi,just briefly.2years ago.Hot knees started then hands/shins/feet and face.Recently I started feeling very hotter in my left foots palm one specific spot about as round as the bottom of a mug.This comes and goes a few times a day for about 2weeks.
