Depressions meds: The decision to continue antidepressants during pregnancy must be made on a case by case basis between you and your doctor. The severity of the depression and the response to medication are factors. If the risk of not treating the disease outweighs the theoretical risk of medication exposure the your doctor is likely to continue your medication.
