Can you reduce it?: It has been difficult to glean clear information about ssris in pregnancy. The general consensus is that they are relatively safe, and that there is no advantage to changing from one to another during the pregnancy. We used to think that depression was a risk to the fetus, but it is probably not, unless it interferes with your nutritional status. I would urge reducing to minimum effective dose.
