No: Uv radiation has a very short range in the human body, not reaching beyond the skin, while radiation for cancer treatment can be directed deep within the body to reach cancers in the lung, brain or pelvis.

Different wavelength: Ultraviolet is of wavelength / energy only slightly greater than visible light. Cancer treatment radiation is far more energetic and higher wavelength.
