irregularities: Your listed measurements show inconsistent measuring technique that makes each value suspect. The numbers show a 98% HC at birth, 50% at 1 & 2 mo, 90% at 3 mo and above 98% at 6 mo. If the kid is 90% or more with Ht & wt I would be less concerned than if 50% for those parameters. I would probably do an ultrasound through the anterior fontanel as a 1st study of the head.
