Good morning dr my baby is a year old she has mucous which ends up on her chest. the pharmacist recommended kuraflo which i can use in a nebulizer my question is how safe is it to use a nebulizer and how often can i use it?

Hard to say: The product itself is safe & can be used as needed. I am reluctant to recommend its use in any kid without the supervision of her physician. The nebulizer system can introduce germs/mold/etc into the chest if not properly cleaned/used. The kid may have a treatable condition whose care is delayed when you try to self diagnose and treat.
