Exam: Your wife may have vitamin D deficiency, but this would not cause blue feet or dead hands. She should be seen.

Needs evaluation: Vitamin D deficiency is easily corrected by taking Vitamin D3, 5000-8000 iu/day. That may help her headaches but I agree with Dr. Hickerson that this is unlikely to be the cause of blue feet and dead hands and also agree it would be very wise to see a good doctor to evaluate the cause and get treated.
