Can vitamin b deficiency cause cold hands and feet?

Cold feet & vit B12: Cold feet (and hands) is often a condition where the blood flow is impaired due to overconstriction of the capillaries by the sympathetic nervous system. This occurs because of the overactivity of the sympathetic nerves which effect the constriction. Vitamin b (b6, b12) deficiency needs to be corrected, but keeping hands & feet warm is also important.Long term tx requires a medical professional.
