Very possible.: I'm not a neurologist, but compression at C6-7 could cause such symptoms. I'd get evaluated by and show the MRI to a neurologist or neurosurgeon, if you haven't already done so

Yes: The nerves involed at that level could be the cause of your symptoms. There are tests that can help localize the origin, an EMG. Manual treatment, PT can help too. Be very careful c nsais. They may not be worth the risk. A steroid dos pak might help.
