Good day i trust that you well, i currently have 5 blood clots on my legs, it is slightly warm, swollen and painful when i touch it or sometimes just when i am walking. do you recommend that i should book an appointment and is it serious?

Doctor can examine: Sounds like one is asking about blood clots in the skin on the legs. Normal people do not get blood clots in the skin without a reason, so this is something that needs a doctor's evaluation. If there is swelling in a leg, and one suspects a blood clot deeper in the leg, that would be an emergency and one would need to be evaluated in the ER.
