Mixing medications : There should NOT be a problem mixing those two medications The methadone is a narcotic and the methpred is a steroid (which should be for a short time anyway) no issues

Methadone-Steroid: This is not an issue. Methadone is an opioid (legal use) ( a narcotic - obtained illegally) and a steroid is not. Usually steroid is used short term
