OCD: symptoms can manifest in many ways, typically by thoughts and behaviors that are intrusive and unwanted. It is possible that OCD can focus on concerns about your head/check. It is important for you to see your doctor to get a diagnosis about your pain and then a clinical psychologist can help w/the OCD if that is the case. Peace and good health.
