Visual disturbance: Sometimes small blood clots can be sent to your brain, or a brief constriction of a small cerebral artery, which may cause what is called a "transient ischemic attack" (TIA). This can be a short non-recurring event with no after symptoms, but if it recurs or if you perceive additional symptoms, get a referral to a neurologist for an exam.
