Since my elective c-section 2 weeks ago, ive been dizzy, light headed and disorientated. what could be causing this? my vitals are in order.

Dizzy post C/S ?: "Dizzyness and disorientation" may occur even if your "vital signs" are normal, and can be associated with anemia , especially this soon after an operative delivery by C/S. See your OB provider who performed the operation for an exam and testing asap, and do not drive yourself with these symptoms.
