Head : Could be a neuralgia from your spine nerves which could also cause cervical vertigo. I would check it out with a neurologist

Disorientation: The numbness and tingling are not as significant as the dizziness and disorientation. This may be neurologic such as migraine or migraine equivalent, vascular with positional compression of cervical vessels, vestibular such as BPPV or hydrops or psychiatric such as a subclinical general anxiety disorder. You may need to see a few different specialists to determine the cause, keep a diary of events
