Ovarian cyst: 1 yr?: Ovarian cysts can routinely cause pain, and especially if it has grown larger over the past year. See your gyn provider for a re-assessment of the size and character of the cyst by an ultrasound examination. Removal of the cyst may be recommended at this time.
