Discharge: I would look to other causes of this pain and rule out cervicitis, Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, urerthritis or a urinary tract infection. You need to see a doctor to have a urine test and a pelvic exam and possibly cultures taken to determine the cause. Hope this helps
