Routine: Barely elevated temperature in a 6 mo suggests a simple viral illness. Making sure the kid takes enough fluids to pee every 6 hrs is the basic support along with routine feeds. If you desire ibuprofen or Tylenol are fine, but not really needed low grade fever increases circulation of oxygen & immune factors to the tissues which speeds healing.
