Hi for the pass 3 weeks i've had a black spot on my bottom lip (no pain). i'm not on any meds and i do not smoke. it this a form of oral cancer?

Unlikely: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. You may watch and wait. If the spot doubles in size, becomes irregular in size, shape or color, bleeds, ulcerates or develops a nodule, see a doctor.

Unlikely: Based on your medical history and the lesion's sudden onset, cancer is probably a remote possibility. That said, any lesion in the mouth, no matter the color, should be evaluated if present longer than 10-14 days. Please call your Dentist for an examination appointment.
