Just got my CBC back and WBC is 3.1. Lab cutoff is 3.5. The past two years my WBC was 3.6, so I tend to trend low. I've been reading about low WBC and cancer keeps popping up and I'm very worried. Could this be an early cancer sign?

30 y.o female. CBC shows WBC of 4.0. Range for lab was 4.4-10.8. Flagged as low. All other labs incl. diff were normal. Last year WBC 4.17. Concern?
