Ekg: Sinus rhythm is how we describe that, generally, the flow of electricity through the heart is normal, sinus arrhythmia occurs when the resting heart rate varies with breathing which is also normal. The PR interval measures one of the line segments on the EKG which can be slightly short but does not need treatment.
