Hard to say: The back of the throat is populated by both regular tissue and scattered islands of lymphoid tissue like tiny tonsils. They are often seen as "cobblestoning" of the throat texture. Without looking at the area it is hard to say what you are describing. If there are no associated symptoms I would consider them likely normal.
