Contralateral pain: Sometimes if you get hit on one side the lower jaw bone on the other side fractures. Another cause of pain is simple swelling from the trauma. Please see an Oral Surgeon immediately for imaging to rule out a sub-condylar fracture, and to properly treat the fracture and/or the trauma.
