My depressive episodes(bipolar) have not responded well to treatment despite being on an antidepressant and mood stabilizer. are there other options?

Natural Lifestyle : There are many potential deleterious side effects from the drugs. Also the diagnosis of bipolar does not have scientific lab tests to back that up. There are natural lifestyle options worth trying for depression. Don't drink alcohol or take illicit drugs, eat a well rounded diet with a multiple vitamin daily, get adequate rest & exercise daily & seek support from family &/or a therapist you like!
