yes its ok: Tryptophan is an essential amino acid meaning our bodies cannot synthesize it so must get it through diet like vitamins. However, it is easy enough to obtain in our diets and like with all supplements, our requirements for small amounts does not translate into large amounts being either helpful or safe. It has no shared pathways or shared receptors with clonazepam that we know of.
