Without seeking medical attention, if my ovary ruptured from torsion, how long till serious complications arise from internal bleeding?

Torsion: vs ruptured ovarian cysts, are two different problems. Torsion untreated, will destroy the ovary completely, cysts can resolve in a few days or weeks, with a healthy ovary.
