Diclofenac - generic: Generic name for Cataflam is Diclofenac - it is nonsteroidal anti- inflammatory pain medication - non narcotic . It does NOT casue drowziness nor addiction . But caution for long term use - for gastric ulcer, kidney function impairment. Many other medication can be interacting . Check with pharmaicst or MD. Do not combine with other aspirine like products and always take with some food .
