Skin absorbs smells: The skin will often absorb scents ( perfume, garlic and onions when cooking, etc.) that are hard to get rid of with just water and soap. Try a disinfectant wipe, wipes used for cleansing infants, or make a weak solution of chlorox, such as 1 tablespoon per quart of water.
