Technically: "yes" since they are different medications (One is acetominophen the other a NSAID) HOWEVER my strong opinion is that if the pain/fever is severe enough to require both you should have direct input by your child's PEDIATRICIAN! My opinion only...hope it is helpful! Dr Z
