A member asked:

Delay menarche to age 18, but now have regular periods. what are the causes and how would it affect woman's fertility at age 42?

Hard to speculate: The search for a cause of delay in menses would have been appropriate at age 15, but at 42 evidence for a cause would likely be long gone. Without an evidence of a true abnormality, regular cycles would suggest a normal pattern of egg release & fertility.
