I have a pretty bad bruise on my thigh from a fall and it is a little swollen in one part. is this something i should worry about?

NO: if not allergic to NSAIDS I suggest use of Advil or Aleve. If the injury is acute ( 24-48 hrs.) I suggest local ice or ice packs every 20 minutes and apply for 5-10 min.
