Water calculation: Water intake should be based on weight. At a minimum, drink 1/2 ounce per pound (so 65 ounces if you weigh 130 pounds). In metric, this is 30-31 mL per kilogram. So the 130-pound person is equivalent to 59 kilograms. At 30 mL per kg, that gives a daily total of about 1.75 liters (59 x 30 = 1770 mL). This amount should increase as your weight increases, especially in the third trimester.

Enough to pee: Preoccupation with fluid intake is usually unnecessary in healthy people. If you are able to make pee every six hours on your usual intake you are fine. People gain water through various fluids and foods. Vegetables are 60% water while things like applesauce are 95%. Really dry foods drain you of fluid used to process them.
