Hypoxia: Have you had a sleep study? Has true nocturnal hypoxia been documented? What was your oxygen saturation if it was checked? Hypoventilation during sleep would produce hypoxia. Simple snoring without apnea can cause hypoxia. A pulmonologist is best qualified to evaluate and advise you.
