HPV and oral sex: Nobody knows the actual risk. 1-5% may be a reasonable guess for any single exposure, but that's all it is--a rough guess; there are no data on this. But everybody gets HPV anyway, usually several times. If you've had a handful of sex partners, you have had (and may still have) genital HPV. For sex between men, HPV is mostly from anal sex, not oral. Get vaccinated to prevent important HPV risks.
